I'm Luc Polman: an IT consultant with experience in application management, process improvement and technical project leadership. I ask the right questions, identify bottlenecks and work with users, suppliers and developers on solutions that work in practice.

An application should support your organisation. I help with incident analysis, user questions, changes and supplier coordination. My experience with ERP, Microsoft 365 and second- and third-line support helps me understand the question behind each issue.
Need to translate a business request into workable development requirements? I help set priorities, improve handovers and keep everyone involved. From an escalated issue to a release that is clearly communicated.
EXPERIENCE I BRING
At Cloudwise I was the technical bridge between management, support and development. I analysed third-line issues, prioritised customer requests and coordinated external development teams, including Basispoort, Magister and ParnasSys.
At Welbions I combined application management with technical project leadership, supplier coordination and AI implementation. I worked with Microsoft Business Central and supported users through incidents and changes.
As co-owner of PollySolutions I led four programmers developing an algorithm to automate building permit applications. The algorithm was subsequently sold to an external party. I also know the entrepreneurial side: defining an idea, leading a team and delivering something useful.
My foundation includes IT management training, the Functioneel Beheer Specialist VFB qualification and completed Microsoft courses MS-102, MS-4017, PL-900 and PL-200.
